Shipping Process
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Once your parcel has been shipped, we will send you another e-mail with a tracking number, so you can follow the delivery status.
The estimated delivery time is approximately 4-6 working days (Monday to Friday).
Possible Delays
We do everything we can to deliver on time, but in exceptional cases delays caused by external factors may occur.
If your parcel does not arrive within the expected time, please allow an additional 3 working days.
